I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was convenient and the service was outstanding, the rooms left something to be desired and need some updating. I did appreciate the friendly atmosphere and how easy it was to get to local attractions, but I encountered some cleanliness issues that were a bit off-putting. Overall, it's a decent spot if you value service and convenience over room quality.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were somewhat romantic but clearly need some updating. I even found a spider in my bed, which wasn't ideal. They lacked a microwave and slippers, so I ended up having to buy my own. On the bright side, the room had a lovely fireplace.
Service
9.0
The service here was wonderful. They really went above and beyond to find me a fan since it was a little warm upstairs, and I can't sleep without my fan.
Location
8.0
The location was very convenient, close to Mt Airy casino and The Crossings Outlets. It feels like a good spot for day trips and is in a quiet area, although the cleanliness was lacking in some places.
Dining
7.0
Dining was decent, with options like all-you-can-eat French toast and chicken waffles, but it felt a bit limited, and some items seemed like leftovers from the weekend.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were okay, but definitely need a refresh to match the friendly service. Some areas felt neglected.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit rundown with peeling paint, but they were spacious and comfortable nonetheless. The service was generally friendly and professional, though there were a few unpleasant interactions. The location was beautiful and perfect for a romantic getaway. Dining could use some improvement, especially with breakfast quality. Overall, it's good value for money, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The hotel location was beautiful and ideal for romance. It's close to a casino and other activities, which was a big plus.
Dining

The dining experience was okay but definitely not spectacular. Breakfast was a letdown as it included cold coffee from a vending machine and limited options.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but I didn't get a chance to explore everything available since I was mostly focused on my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and the rooms were clean, some areas were too hot and the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly for the most part, but one rude employee really dampened my mood. Overall, it’s a decent place with some great amenities, but it could use improvement in certain areas.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and great, offering a comfortable atmosphere. However, they felt a bit stuffy, like they could be more ventilated.
Service

The service was very friendly and helpful overall, but I had a negative encounter with a rude staff member who seemed to be unkind to others as well.
Location
7.0
The location had lots of activities to enjoy, but it wasn't very upscale and it felt extremely hot during my stay.
Dining

Dining options were not terrible, but the buffet style was disappointing compared to ordering off the menu, which I preferred more.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the grounds were beautifully cared for, my room was really disappointing due to some issues with the amenities. The location is charming, almost like stepping back into the 80s, but the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it was decent but not quite ideal.

I had a pretty good stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and mostly clean, though there were some love stains on the couch that gave me pause. The staff was undeniably friendly and went above and beyond to help me out with a fan during my stay. However, there were a few cleanliness issues in common areas and some staff gossiping that didn’t sit well with me. Overall, it feels like a decent value for the money, but there’s room for improvement.
Rooms

The rooms were very large and relatively clean, except for some love stains on the couch. There were plenty of games that kept me and my boyfriend entertained.
Service
7.0
The staff were truly amazing and friendly. They even found me a fan since I can't sleep without one, which was so thoughtful. However, there was some gossipping happening among staff that I overheard.
Location
6.0
The location felt quiet and tucked away in the Mountains, which I appreciated. It was convenient, but the mess and trash in some areas took away from the overall experience.
Dining
6.0
The dining was ok, with the same choices pretty much every morning. It’s an all-you-can-eat situation with things like French toast and chicken waffles but nothing overly exciting.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent overall, but they could definitely use better upkeep, especially in common areas.

I had a lovely time at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean and very romantic, especially in the Apple of Eidin suite with a pool and jacuzzi. The location is convenient, being close to Mt Airy casino and some great shopping areas. However, the dining could definitely be improved, as the food wasn't anything special and the pool had some maintenance issues. For the price, it was a decent stay, just a few things could make it ideal.
Rooms
7.0
The Apple of Eidin suite was clean, spacious, and very romantic, perfect for a getaway. However, the woodwork needed some touching up, and overall, the room looked larger in photos than in person.
Service
7.0
While the staff worked hard to meet our needs and were generally friendly, some of them seemed a bit overworked and stressed at times.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a very lovely location, beautifully manicured and calming. It's also really convenient since it's close to Mt Airy casino and The Crossings Outlets, making it easy to enjoy both leisure and shopping.
Dining
5.0
The food was decent but definitely overpriced for what it was. I found the hot dishes should have been served hot to make the dining experience better.
Facilities
6.0
While the pool area was intended to be relaxing, it had some chips of concrete and needed maintenance. Additionally, the 'lake' was more like a pond, which was a bit disappointing.
